BETH KLEIN
Beth Klein is a Nationally Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), Certified International Health and Lifestyle Coach (CIHC), writer, educator, and speaker. Beth has been helping clients and teaching groups how to improve their health and happiness through an intentional lifestyle, as well as sharing practical health and wellness information through her weekly newsletter, The Whole Scoop, since 2016.
Beth became a consulting practitioner at Open Water Wellness in Guilford, CT, after receiving her National Board Certification in 2024. She graduated with a Masters of Science in Applied Nutrition from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2020 and is a certified Aligned Flow Method yoga teacher and meditation instructor.
Beth is a daily meditator and yogi, student of consciousness, lover of love, science, nature, and the cosmos. Beth Klein is a Certified International Health and Lifestyle Coach, Writer, Educator, and speaker.
